Do you...

  • Feel like you never have time for creative work, hobbies, or "creative flow"?

  • Put passion projects on hold for the end of the day, or end of the week... and then never get around to them?

  • Focus better when someone is working quietly "alongside" you?

  • Wish you had support around habit-building and self-care?

  • Want to try meditation or have a support group for your mindfulness practice?

You’re invited to…

What’s included:

  • Each session will include an hour dedicated to mindfulness (a teacher talk, guided meditation time, and Q&A) plus 30 minutes of creative work/play/flow time.

When:

  • May 1st - June 26th, 2024, Wednesdays 4 - 5:30 pm PST

    • (No session on Juneteenth!)

    • Come to all or drop-in to any session(s)!

Where:

Meditate & create

  • Wednesdays

  • May 1st - June 26th

  • 4:00-5:30 pm PST - On Zoom

An 8-week, supportive course for fellow time-strapped creative spirits who want to explore "meditative flow" plus "creative flow." What are they? How are they similar or different? Does exploring one support the other? The theory is that meditating first will support creativity and focus! Let's try it and find out together!

“What we’re doing in practice is feeling the actuality of how life is pulsing, moving, flowing and swirling, fast and slow, rhythmically, within our own body, within our own direct experience.”

— Jack Kornfield
