Autumn is a perfect time to reset and renew for the rest of the year.
During this day-long retreat (9:30 am - 5 pm PST), participants will gather and connect, practice gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation, and have opportunities to journal, rest, walk, and connect with nature.
We will reflect on all the good that has come during the year already, what has been challenging, set intentions for our fall season, and notice what can be let go, so we can move forward grounded and steady.

Comfy clothes, including shoes suitable for walking outdoors, and layers for our cool-to-warm northern CA weather
Still Water Hall: This space has cork floors and is especially well-suited for yoga retreats. It gets full sun from its west facing windows and is heated by ambient floor heating.

Driving directions are available online at maps.google.com. Cell phone service is spotty(!) over the last few miles of Highway 1. Those who are unfamiliar with the area should print a map.

10-10:30 am - Welcome, Acknowledgements, Meditation, Journaling, Group Share
10:45-11:45 am - Morning Yoga (Gentle Slow Flow)
12-1 pm - Lunch
1-2:30pm - Options: Mindful walking around the farm or on the hiking trail, or rest and relax!
2:30-3:30 pm - Afternoon Yoga (Slow Flow and Restorative)
3:30-4:30 pm - Meditation, Journaling, Group Share
4:30-4:45 pm - Final Reflections & Goodbyes
5 pm - Depart
The current “early bird” rate for this retreat is $150! After March 20th, the rate will be $275.
